Squadyy is operated by Silvercore Technology, located in Vietnam.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you need authorization from a parent or guardian where legally permitted.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Squadyy is a team management platform for sports teams. The Service provides tools for:

• Team member management and role assignment
• Voting and poll creation for team decisions
• Fund collection tracking and campaign management
• Match expense recording and cost splitting
• AI-powered team management (team splitting, text generation)
• Guest access and invite link management
• Team chat and notifications
• Subscription management through Google Play

Squadyy is available as an Android application and a web application.

Registered Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Guest Accounts

Guest accounts have limited access. Guests can join a team via invite code and may be granted voting rights by administrators. Guest identity is tied to a device identifier.

Account Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account and credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Teams have the following roles with different permission levels:

• Admin: Full control over team settings, members, funds, polls and expenses. Can manage roles and delete the team.
• Moderator: Can manage members, approve payments and create polls.
• Member: Can view team data, vote, submit payment proofs and participate in chat.
• Guest: Limited access as determined by the administrator.

Administrators are responsible for:

• The content and activities within their teams
• Having authority when adding information about other people as manual members
• Verifying payment proofs and managing team funds
• Complying with applicable laws when collecting and processing member data

The Service allows you to create, upload and share content including chat messages, photos, payment proof images and other materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. Squadyy does not claim ownership of any content you create, upload or share through the Service. By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the right to share the content
• The content does not infringe any third party's rights
• The content does not contain malware or harmful code
• Payment proof images may contain financial information — you are responsible for what you upload

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, spam, or harm other users
• Upload or share unauthorized personal data of other people

We may review, remove or disable content that violates these Terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including cooperating with law enforcement, for violations of these Terms.

• Squadyy does not hold, transfer, receive or escrow team contribution money.
• Team contributions (dues, match fees, campaigns) occur entirely outside of Squadyy — for example, by bank transfer, cash or other payment methods chosen by the team.
• Squadyy only stores organizational records and proof images voluntarily submitted by users.
• Users and administrators are solely responsible for verifying payment proofs, amounts and fund records.
• Squadyy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legitimacy of any fund record or payment proof.

Squadyy offers the following plans:

• Free: Up to 2 teams per account with core features.
• Squadyy Pro: Additional features as displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

The current price, billing cycle and benefits of each plan are displayed in the app before you make a purchase. Features and pricing may change. We will not materially reduce the benefits of an active subscription without notice.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

• All subscription purchases are processed by Google Play through Google Play Billing.
• Subscription renewal and cancellation follow the terms displayed in Google Play at the time of purchase.
• You cancel your subscription through Google Play, not through Squadyy.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable law.
• Squadyy does not have access to your full payment card details.

• Watching an eligible rewarded ad through Google AdMob may grant a temporary in-app benefit (e.g., 24 hours of ad-free usage).
• Benefits are subject to verification, expiry, availability and abuse prevention measures.
• We do not guarantee that rewarded ad benefits will always be available or error-free.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Squadyy and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use Squadyy's trademarks, logos, domain names or other brand features.

By submitting content through the Service, you grant Squadyy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store and transmit your content as part of the Service
• Display, format and resize your content for proper presentation
• Make your content available to team members as directed by team settings
• Create backups for service reliability

This license is limited to operating the Service. Squadyy does not use your content for advertising, training AI models or any purpose beyond providing the Service to you and your team.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Cloudflare, Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, Resend and Google Gemini API.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension or termination, except where immediate action is required for safety, security or legal reasons.

You may delete your account at any time through the account deletion page at https://squadyy.app/delete-account or through the app where available.

When your account is deleted:

• Your personal data is permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy for details).
• Teams you created continue to exist for other members.
• Your team membership is removed.
• Match records, fund data and aggregated vote counts remain for team operations.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SQUADYY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your data

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squadyy from claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Squadyy's own negligence or misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Minor changes (such as clarifications or formatting): effective when posted.
• Material changes (such as new obligations or reduced rights): we will provide reasonable advance notice through the app or by email before the changes take effect.
• If a change is required by law or for security reasons, it may take effect immediately.

By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.
• Business Transfers: If Squadyy is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your account and data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Squadyy.

These Terms are provided in English and Vietnamese. In case of conflict between the two versions, the Vietnamese version prevails.
